Rooting his music in the storytelling tradition of the British Isles,
Tim puts the narrative to the forefront of his compositions and arrangements performing regularly between Somerset and Dorset. As well as gaining a high reputation for his solo performances, Tim has performed with former Stackridge violinist Rachel Hall playing a number of shows around the South-West & producing an e.p described as "overflow(ing) with power, poise and presence" (folkwords.com) and has more recently toured
with Australian folk-rock outfit 'The Wishing Well' as part of their 2010 European tour. 2011 has been a terrific year for Tim, performing in gigs with Ed Boyd & Rachel Cross, Gren Bartley, James Findlay, Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts and Trish Winter as well as recording his début album. Away from
his solo music, he also works with folk music in early years education as well as teaching guitar at the Bath Guitar School, running a singers night in Bath, and playing in a duo with Galway fiddler Katie Stone-Lonergan.
